Someone once asked if I had any new cool prints. Which raised a rather important question: what exactly makes something cool?
Leather jacket. Cigarette. Sunglasses. All the usual ingredients. But if one pair of sunglasses makes you cool, surely three pairs must make you three times as cool? Trés Cool is a little joke about the absurdity of coolness, who gets to define it and why anyone should care.
Part of a series exploring humour, retro aesthetics and pop art. A celebration of the cult of cool, taken just far enough to become completely ridiculous.
